Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment

By booking a trip with EternaWild, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A written confirmation is required to secure any itinerary. A non-refundable deposit of [30–50%] of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to initiate all necessary arrangements.

For bookings made more than 30 days prior to departure, the remaining balance is due once all services have been confirmed and must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip begins.

For bookings made within 30 days of departure, the deposit is still required to begin arrangements. The remaining balance becomes due only after all services are confirmed.

Payment may be made via bank transfer or Wise. Payment instructions will be included on your invoice.

Itinerary Adjustments

EternaWild reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to operational factors such as weather, wildlife movement, road access, supplier availability, or safety concerns. Any necessary substitutions will be of equal or greater value. Changes requested by the client after confirmation may result in additional costs and are subject to availability.

Travel Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are in order, including valid passports and any applicable visas or vaccinations. EternaWild is not responsible for issues resulting from incomplete documentation, entry denial, or non-compliance with local health or travel requirements.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in safaris and related travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interaction with wildlife, rugged terrain, and remote environments. By booking with EternaWild, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance provided by your guides and local staff. EternaWild is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Third-Party Services

While EternaWild coordinates your travel arrangements, many services are provided by trusted third parties including lodges, transportation providers, and local guides. EternaWild is not liable for the performance, delays, or errors of these third-party partners. Any service-related complaints should be directed to the provider involved.

Force Majeure

EternaWild is not responsible for delays, alterations, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, health emergencies, flight disruptions, or governmental actions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements.

Use of Images

Unless specifically requested otherwise in writing, EternaWild reserves the right to use photographs or video taken during your trip for promotional purposes. We are respectful of privacy and will not use media in sensitive or inappropriate contexts.

Liability Disclaimer

EternaWild takes all reasonable precautions to provide a safe and enjoyable travel experience. However, we are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, property damage, or delay unless caused by proven gross negligence. Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
