Your Private Tanzania Safari Specialist
Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1st, 2025.
We understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled and under what conditions a refund may be considered.
Non-Refundable Deposit
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of [30–50%] of the total trip cost. This deposit secures your safari arrangements and is used to make advance payments to our local partners and service providers.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking agreement. For most trips, this is no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date.
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is based on how far in advance cancellation occurs:
-
More than 60 days before departure: Only the deposit is retained; all other payments are refundable.
-
30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost is retained.
-
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
EternaWild is not obligated to refund unused services, voluntary changes, early departures, or no-shows.
Cancellation by EternaWild
In the rare event that EternaWild must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or offer travel credit for a future date. Refunds may be limited based on recoverable costs from third-party providers.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage. EternaWild is not responsible for costs or losses related to cancellation, delay, or interruption of your trip.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing. Bank or transfer fees may be deducted from the total refund.
